The present systematization is the product of the execution of a process of
evaluation of stress levels in a health entity, which resulted in the design of an
improvement plan for stress management. The ILO's Stress Measurement Manual was
used as a fundamental diagnostic tool, as was a participant observation exercise at the
institutional level.
After that, an information processing was carried out based on the diagnostic
criteria in indicators indicated in the ILO manual. With this information, the critical
nodes that affected each of the work areas of the entity were identified, as well as a
general diagnosis of the institution was made.
Based on the diagnosis made, a return of the data obtained was made to the human
talent management department, in order to contribute to the welfare of the workers.
In this context, the present systematization aims to be a contribution to similar
intervention experiences in reference to the organization and analysis of a practical
experience in the area of stress management. |
