Sumario: Currently in society are marginalized by economic, physical or mental conditions, coverage and scope of government programs groups is often not sufficient to meet the total demand so there nonprofit entities that perform their contribution to society addressing unmet demand left by the government. Among one of these entities is the Father José León Torres School since 1999 been providing inclusive education services for vulnerable sectors of the parish of Conocoto, however the global economic crisis to hurt their budgets limiting the management and development their social welfare programs. From this point comes the need to promote the institution in order that it can manage their programs with the help of contributions obtained within the community and private sector company. The social marketing plan developed in this project bases its strategies and action plans on the needs of the population and in the SWOT analysis that highlights advantages and disadvantages facing school Father José León Torres in the field of Conocoto. Importantly, the importance of basic education has no restrictions, because every society bases its development around its human capital, children / as who can access a quality school program ensure long-term success in work development and contribution to the development of the nation.
