The dance for years has been a means of expression, in which man has been able to
transmit rites , cultural traditions of our society . Classical dance is one of these
expressions thus addressing the elements that interfere with nonverbal communication,
will discover the signs and symbols involved in these representations.
Approached authors like Benedetto , Collingwood , Pavis , Davis , Stanislauski , among
others will know why dance is considered a language, how to build signs and symbols
involved in it and analyzes how the viewer , in order to know if the dancer has managed
to convey the feelings and emotions involved in their representation .
METRODANZA belonging to the National Ballet Academy Ecuador, will be the focus
of study , as the basis for preparing the dancer for staging and building your character,
