The project was generated in the area of development of Human Resource Management
in EP PETROECUADOR Company within its operating area. The first point was to
analyze the processes carried out within the same, considering that the area had previously
launched the career plan for the whole company, but observing and analyzing needs in the
regulations for human talent 2013 is approved as replacement plan initiative, we decided
to identify critical or so-called key positions in the operational area of north zonal
superintendent pipelines el Beaterio.
Once identifies critical positions, proceeded to perform the analysis of the positions of
employees who were elected as critical and potential candidates who could eventually
replace those jobs positions, according to the rules of human talent, to get to fill a vacancy
identified, must be reach the following factors: skills assessment, profile, win the open
competitive examination and opposition with the best score in the selection process.
We raised as main objective the identification of sensitive positions or critical area, and
through interviews and review of profiles it could carry out, lately when we tried to
implement the plan of replacements, we concluded that needs the area of Human Resource
monitoring those posts. |
