Decorative crafts can be seen throughout all of Ecuador, since each region uses special materials that identify it. These crafts have had favorable results in the market and an even better result when these crafts were produced by senior citizens.
For this reason we have found it convenient to propose the establishment of an associative company of senior citizens, dedicated to the fabrication and marketing of decorative crafts in the Kennedy parish in the city of Quito, which is intended to stimulate seniors so that they are active and productive.
This gives senior citizens a chance of being productive, as well as a way to receive funds that will augment their retirement funds.
The technical study determine that the enterprise can to begin to work in the Kennedy´s parish, you can know the distribution of physical space and you can know that the materials need for the manufacture of decorative crafts.
The financial study can to establish the price of $ 20.29 for decorative craft, with the costs projection shows that the project is viable, obtaining a positive NPV of $ 17,829.41 and an IRR of 37 %. |
