The study of power electronics is carried out in a theoretical way and applications in the simulation of the different circuits. However, a fundamental component in the learning of electronic engineering students is the implementation and implementation of basic control circuits with application of theory and simulation.
This project contains these components with technology that can be found in the local market and implement a laboratory practice.
In the initial part of the project, the identification and identification of the elements that make up the PE-5310-2D experimentation module were made to know its operation, the damages affecting the module are reviewed and the necessary improvements for its operation are proposed. which are the fundamental basis of the development of a new module implementing local technology.
The design and construction of the phase control module 3 were the steps of: detection of zero crossing, of the phases, control of the firing angle, in which the microcontrollers ATMEGA 328P, 164P and the power stage using the thyristors BT152 - 800R with the implementation of optocouplers, and finally the definition display with LCD 16 * 2.
The functional tests of the module were carried out and the development of a laboratory practice and the technical manual that allowed the students to implement with the resistive and inductive loads, as well as the use with the DC motor, were put into consideration. |
