The theme of this paper describes the development of the automation project and system monitoring weighing and mixing raw materials for manufactures Tigre Ecuador SA, being basically a HMI (Human Machine Interface), which allows control and monitoring the three main stages of the process, PLASMEC Mixer, Mixer Chinese and Balance in a single user interface developed in LabVIEW, allowing access to each of the actuating devices and display real-time events.
By planning the system can be developed simultaneously with the operation of machinery, poised for a continuous technological improvement and the latest trends in industrial environments such as Industrial Ethernet.
The electric lift allows knowing the process and use devices still useful in the new control system based on PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), which makes the process ensures a highly reliable and high quality finished product.
The developed system facilitates the collection of daily production data through reports and provides a user-friendly interface between the machine and trained operator to oversee the process.
The whole project is based on technical and economic improvements generated from the implementation of the system, optimizing human and financial resources to meet the requirements of Tigre SA Ecuador |
