Sumario: Organizational culture is an important factor in the development of work activities, it is one of the business elements shared by employees and their appreciation of the company. The study of the organizational culture of the Metropolitan Public Company of Drinking Water and Sanitation - know in Spanish as EPMAPS through the Human Talent Management, allows to identify the factors that are shared at work and, wich, in turn, shows the identity of the organization. The project is based on the measurement of labor culture through the organizational culture model proposed by Edgar Schein, according to levels of agreement with the factors found in the medium. To develop the project, measurement tolos were used in order to identify the cultural characteristics of the company and, base don them, a proposal was created to strengthen and develop the factors found; all this to contribute to the running of the Human Talent Management in the administration of the Human Talent of the company.
