This chapter focuses on the collection of basic information elements, mechanisms and materials that will be involved in the design and construction of the machine metering seasonings (oregano and anise), will focus on the analysis of the plastic material and their properties to foodstuffs.
Be analyzed metering mechanisms and drag to the rear seal and the elements that can be used to design mechanisms which form the respective metering machine.
This chapter focuses on the design of the different mechanisms that shape the dosing system, sealed structure and motion transmission metering machine seasonings.
While information will support the design of the different calculations to justify the reality of the design of each element and its feasibility.
At the same time there will be a PLC to control the temperature and feed rates in the vertical and horizontal system, thus have better control and avoid problems when the material is dragged.
This chapter seeks to determine the amount of funds to be used in the design, construction and commissioning of the machine operation.
To this end, part of an analysis that takes into account direct costs and indirect costs, these costs have in the costs of raw materials, supplies, machining, assembly and labor among others.
