The systematization shows the results obtained by the application of the project
gotten through the analysis of the group work and the test of object relations. The
project proposed to create a group space to improve the psyche - institution
relationship. This paper presented the types of anxiety in the forensic medical
experts, psychologists and social workers of the unit of attention in integral
examination of flagrancy, the same ones that carry out a work with victims and
perpetrators of violence.
The development of the project was carried out in two phases, the first one was a
group work with experts in which topics were approached around their job in order
to know the perception they have about it. In the second moment of the project,
Object Relations Test of Phillipson was applied to verify the types of anxiety and
defensive mechanisms that were involved in their job. The data obtained were
analyzed from the theory of object relations by Melanie Klein.
It also presents the achievements, difficulties and other elements that were developed
during the internship period and that were relevant in the course of the
implementation of the project. |
