Sumario: This investigation could isolate phosphate solubilizazing microorganisms identified as Enterobacter agglomerans that may contribute to increase this element availability at the soil of Denmar S.A. The microorganism’s solubilization efficiency was determined “in vitro” by analysis of atomic absorption spectroscopy (AAS), using three different concentrations of phosphorus C1 = 0.03 [M]; C2 = 0.05 [M]; C3 = 0.07 [M] in a modified liquid Pikovskaya culture medium. For field evaluation the identified bacteria was used to develope a biofertilizer which was inoculated into a compost to be incorporated into the soil of both farms. Finally, soil samples through physical and chemical analysis showed changes improving the content of micro and macronutrients, mainly the reduction of phosphorus in Marledian of 294.0 ppm to 298.0 ppm and 23.9 ppm to a 20.9 ppm in Astroflores.
