The research is based on the analysis of the roles in families of origin through stories
made by 10 patients 5 men and 5 women diagnosed with schizophrenia Psychiatric
Hospital in Quito in July Endara, for understanding schizophrenia through family stories
told by patients, resulting in and confirming through systemic theory that schizophrenia
may be caused by family factors, such as role confusion mostly taking roles of children
parentalizados, triangulated and scapegoat ambivalent mothers, fathers authoritarian and
rigid, influencing family communication resulting in a double bind communication,
paradoxically, to safeguard the family homeostasis, which is why it is said that
schizophrenia is a self-sacrifice to maintain family unity. |
