All the details from the activities carried out by the participants were recorded in order to carry out the psychoterapeutical process. Amognst the used techniques, those which prevailed were cognitive restructuring, problem solving and decision making, social skills training, deep relaxation and progressive relaxation of Jacobson. Through the various stages of the project, various key questions arose, those which were subsequently answered.
