Sumario: This thesis was conducted in order to create a model for developing Business and Job Commitment, which enables the company "STEM SA" determine the level of commitment that employees have towards the company and that they acquire new habits that favor the company and the workplace. Management Model for the Development of Labour and Business Commitment Harvard same grouping was implemented five major factors whose main objective is to increase the commitment and potential employees driving the development of commitment of each partner to benefit the company, its success is evidenced in the Short Term, as each partner will be motivated because he is aware that the growth of it must be complemented by the personal growth that is performed in daily life. Subsequently an action plan where the objectives, strategies and indicators are described using to develop adequately the Management Model for the Development of Labour and Harvard Business Commitment to highlight the skills of human talent that the company has designed. To complete the thesis a financial projection that reflects the values of expenses which are incurred when implementing the model and time to be determined for the payment thereof without the company being affected economically and generate profits when making was performed work in cooperation Human Resource.
