This thesis aims to adapt a production costs system in Rivatex Microenterprise dedicated to the manufacture of garments for men, women and children.
The three chapters that we discuss in this thesis are as follows: In the first chapter we discuss basic concepts of cost accounting. Within this chapter the legal regulations currently in effect are analyzed.
In the second chapter we present all important data of the company because it is necessary to have knowledge of internal data and historical data and other important information for establishing the costs to products made. The SWOT mathematical analysis will be developed to assess internal and external operation of the company and be able to control on time.
In the third chapter will be developed the project, the design of the cost system and fixing the actual prices of the products that are made in the company so to know exactly the cost and the price sales of the products for the benefit of the company. Further parameters for the determination of actual costs and thus establishing real information which will allow making management decisions necessary for good management of the finances of the company will be presented. |
