Sumario: The company DATARADIO TELECOMUNICACIONES C.A. In the face of constant innovation and technological progress has been seen in the need to take advantage of the communication service provided to different companies, among the main customers that DATARADIO has provided the radio frequency communication service as well as the use of real-time tracking devices Of each of the collecting vehicles is the company EMASEO (Empresa Pública Metropolitana de Quito Toilet) which is responsible for the sweeping and collection of non-hazardous residential and industrial solid waste from some major sectors of the city of Quito. The CPS allows the user to access and program the MOTOTRBO subscriber and repeater codeplug on the available systems, in addition the CPS also allows the user to update or retrieve the radio codeplug and firmware. MOTOTRBO is a communication protocol for digital radios used in industrial companies, in addition to being a purely digital TDMA protocol that allows 2 conversations using a 12.5 KHz channel replacing conventional analog systems, regulated by DMR protocol (Digital Mobile Radio ) Because it ensures interoperability between manufacturers, the channel is divided into two sub-channels of 6.25 KHz for voice and 6.25 KHz. The problem is that the operator needs to see the filling of the compactor inside the collection system, as well as the operator and the operations center. The prototype overcomes the problem with all the requirements of the company and provides solution to the problem.
