Today we live in a competitive world and our country; hence our Quito is also affected by this.
Businesses engaged in the sale of tires in the south of the city are increasingly difficult to keep the competition on several factors: price, product quality, brands, etc. But most entrepreneurs who have come to lead these businesses have not realized the importance of training in management skills and how to lead people in a more technical way to get better results in each of its companies, although it is true they have become SMEs with much effort and tenacity, but that does not mean that their companies are well led and many were convinced only stay on the market and survive with them.
Therefore this thesis has been carried out to see reality in SMEs, object of our study and identify a more technically leadership types that develop in them so they can make recommendations to strengthen their leadership, because no is that there is no leadership, but if he can prosecute the best way to get better results and leaders together with every member of their organizations to reach their goals meet with a sense of teamwork.
