This assignment begins by delimiting the research problem, with the approach of the
general and specific questions, objectives and the study substantiation, to let us to
know whether the research project is achievable within our available time and
resources.
In the second chapter we examine the external forces that influence the development
in the market, to identify risks and opportunities in the macro-environment and
micro-environment, especially in the food industry of fast food.
In the third chapter we deepen the analysis of consumer trends using several
instruments provided by the market research process, in order to segment the target
market and determine the future supply and demand. |
