Sumario: The purpose of this project is to provide a strategic marketing plan to “Brito Car Wash and Lube” and to correct those factors that are deficient. This plan could help to get its general goals such as to increase its sales level and to gain the biggest possible market share. For this, it’s necessary to apply strategies continuously and verify they work. To know the current status of “Brito Car Wash and Lube” we used descriptive investigation and field research with a sample of 50 users from 300 customers monthly. We applied a finite random statistical formula. We used research techniques such as the survey and interviews with the owners. As a result, the customers showed acceptance and satisfaction for the products and service. They also provided suggestions to improve. To achieve the overall objective, we recommend a mission and vision for “Brito Car Wash and Lube”. With this, the company will know the direction to achieve its goals. In addition, the SWOT of the company was made so it could help it to create strategies to get advantages to compete in the market and to have an identity. The strategic marketing plan shows the aspects should be changed or improved to gain loyal customers. For this, the company will satisfy every request of the clients to become the leader in Car wash and lube sector in Guayaquil.
