For these reasons, the challenge of teaching is to manage collaborative learning based approach to activities where students must work together, valuing differences and towards a common goal, ie to train leaders for the future with "cumulative exchangeable knowledge, , collaborative, which can be shared, transferred and converted into a public good. " (Cobo C. Romani, 2007)
This research makes the study of the use of virtual social networks (RSV) in the process of teaching and learning in the area of English in the classroom for students to baccalaureate level Don Bosco Technical College in 2014- 2015 school year, using elicitation techniques data and observation, survey and interview. The data reveal that both teachers and students have the computer skills necessary to implement the social networks in class.
From the information gathered shows that students need to be the center of the teaching-learning process that teachers motivate them to proper use of social networks that handle daily to harness and exploit the benefits of these media in the process of learning of English as a second language.
This research work allowed the classification of social networks that handle students and teachers and that can be used in the teaching - learning English. |
