This study was conducted at the company Ecuapar SA which is dedicated to the development of burners and fryers plates by the method of aluminum die casting. The aim of this thesis was to develop a model of continuous improvement in the process of transportation, storage and disposal of residual aluminum based on the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standards In order to have a guide when deciding to implement the implementation model of continuous improvement by implementing two point and case studies were optimized using quality tools and surveys of knowledge about ISO standards and continuous improvement which allowed to raise the bar in terms of reducing time in changing molds injectors and raise the level of knowledge of employees who are involved in the process of transportation, storage and disposal of residual aluminum in the development process burners and grills fryers.
With what they are going to improve a standard of knowledge this is one of the objectives of continuous improvement. |
