This project describes the design and construction of a flexible modular classification system using two pieces PLC Simatic S7-200 (Siemens), CPU 222, for learning for industrial automation products. The draft implementing a training module which will execute a program of pieces based classification sensors and actuators will be performed, this module is applicable to the requirements of a real industrial environment, such as: production processes of food, beverages lines, automobile manufacturing, etc.. |
