Information and Communication Technologies (TIC´s) have been developed with the purpose of improving the efficiency of the different processes needed by an enterprise, management, administrative, marketing, sales and production.
This document focuses on micro, small and medium size enterprises (MiPymes) of the city of Quito. The main objective of this project is to present different business management tools, their implementation through Cloud Computing technology, and the benefits that this software presents when used as a service.
Three software packages were selected based on their suitability to the characteristics and need of the MiPymes. The information regarding the needs for a business management software in the market was obtained through a poll to the enterprises. The results of the poll have been presented in pies and bars, these graphs have been used to determine the management needs of the enterprises. This information, plus the number of needs of the Enterprise, allowed the selection of Maconsvi S.A. for a case of study. Through an exhaustive analysis of its specific needs, it was determined that Safi Visual software could be ideal for the optimization of the business management processes of this Enterprise. Finally, taking into account the current situation of the Enterprise, a sensitivity analysis was run on Maconsvi S.A. regarding the implementation of Safi Visual software.
A financial statement analysis with projections for 5 years, was performed on Maconsvi S.A. after using Safi Visual. The results evidenced that the Enterprise would obtain a profitability bigger than that expected without the mentioned tool |
