This Graduation Project shows a study that has as objective the design of a process management model for the CIDFAE, following the guidelines, and guidelines in the Development.
The graduation project began with a presentation in which the proposal was shown to our sponsor “CIDFAE”, to give us a turn the entire legal, accurate and necessary information policy of the Centre.
This research is based on data taken from the Development Research Center of the Ecuadorian Air Force, under the procedure of observation, the behavior of self and within this territory to find the determinants and design components.
A general survey of the Centre was conducted through interviews, surveys etc. Director Crnl. Edgar Jaramillo and their engineers, operators and other staff of the Centre, after obtaining the information was analyzed and the current state of CIDFAE defined.
To determine the design of a process management model study was performed using data matrices, given by project members. This work aims to improve and optimize each of the processes within the Centre; well to generate and provide effective and timely information for decision-making by the CIDFAE address in order to sustain and improve the image of the organization, ensuring customer satisfaction with efficient, timely responses and optimize management of the organization. |
