This project aims to design a job placement program for people with mild intellectual disabilities to the administrative area of the Universidad Politécnica Salesiana, Sede Quito, Campus El Girón, the project is addressed to such disability, this disability precisely because no is evidence of fitness and because through the application of methodological tools and mentoring is to potentiate qualities. It is also expected to generate a mechanism of action that allows the insertion process of personnel, fit this kind of disability.
Over time the term disability has undergone some changes from how to refer to this type of condition, limitations on access, mobility and even with insulation. |
