Sumario: This proposal is a deep project research for Mersobi Micromarket, located at Bicentennial Neighborhood (Pomasqui – province of Pichincha), in order to determine all the workability factors for its improvement and expansion. This thesis aims to increase the level of sales, so that all their members would have first of all a better way of living for them and for their community by offering products at competitive prices, quality excellence and effective customer service. Through a financial loan, Mersobi Micromarket´s partners would be able to acquire new equipment, furniture, and some other physical and intangible resources needed to enlarge and improve its facilities and services. Qualitative and quantitative techniques conclude that in order to give customers a better service, a better distributed physical space must be adjusted. By this way, the new environment would benefit the act of shopping. The main line of business for Mersobi Micromarket focuses specifically on the buying and selling (trading) of products for the basic food basket of products and other such as important for a daily consumption. As long as this proposal takes place and its implementation start working their clients can access to new promotions of products adjusted to their specific consumption needs and requirements. To determine the economic viability of this thesis, a large number of studies were performed, such as: general and current analysis from the Micromarket situation, market research, technical studies. Furthermore, organizational, financial and legal researches were part of this investigation that covered the entire situation and its business forecasts. Surely with these results, many of the improvement facts for the Micromarket`s expansion are welcome in this report by all members. Besides, it is a pretty great opportunity for investment and economic sustainable growth for the Association. Consequently, it becomes a great social economic benefit for the residents of the community
