The following work is a research that investigates the alternatives for education and
development contribution from the lending practices of the Andean Development Corporation –
CAF-. It examines issues and concepts of education, development and international cooperation,
and also explains the reason for the relevance of them that implemented leads to development with
social justice and this in turn fosters internal capacity of the country. It also analyzes the products
and services offered by the CAF; and the importance of the considerable support to the development
of our country. It brings to light the lending process, structured in a reference guide for the
formulation and presentation of technical cooperation operations. It exemplifies a project approved
by the CAF, which proves that through cooperation agreements it responds to the needs of the social
reality of our country. |
