This paper aims to policy implementation and management indicators for the garment industry Metropolitan District of Quito, Coyote Clothing Co. case. Ltda. The collection of information was conducted to know under what conditions the plant is coming to get multiple results, since it was applied management indicators, to measure and thus the analysis of the results was performed.
This paper offers suggestions for improvement in the areas of production, Administration, Human Resources, Laundry, to reduce all problems that are affecting it. For the analysis of indicators formulas applicable to clothing companies’ management was applied. Subsequently a SWOT analysis.
The investment of the partner especially in the area of Production and Human and Administrative Environment Talent was evaluated proposed here to make an investment, for the reorganization of processes, subsequently evaluated with the previous impact vs the current impact, by applying indicators. During the collection of information an analysis of each area was done in order to properly implement the proposed indicators, and see the impact that is being generated in the production of jeans and so do the income perceives it.
Finally it discloses our conclusions and recommendations obtained based on our implementation work, and likewise showing that the objectives are met in the present work |
