This job shows the relevance within an organization the leadership styles of those with
their staff. And also it allows us to demonstrate the direct influence of the same
satisfaction.
Through awareness of leadership style of each leader of the organization plans of joint
action that will benefit the entire organization and help raise levels of employee
satisfaction, taking into account that these are directly affected by how settled variable
working environment.
We worked with organizational leaders, where several action plans after a few months
of implementation were evaluated and effectively managed an increase in staff
satisfaction levels were raised.
Promoting a warm and pleasant work environment for employees enact an effective
job performance.
Then we check that there are emotional benefits that cause significant changes in the
performance of employees and the organizational climate, culture and allowing live a
satisfactory working environment through pleasant interpersonal relationships. |
