Sumario: This project presents a feasibility study of a foundation of a bilingual kindergarten to the benefit of the artisans of the town of Otavalo with the objective to improve the basis of communication and therefore promote the tourism among national and international visitors. Considering the diagnosis of the situation we can deduce that currently the town of Otavalo does not provide a kindergarten that would include all the characteristics of the present project. After having done the market research, an unsatisfactory demand was arisen, which could be satisfied by the kindergarten Future´s Rainbow. The technical study shows that the best location to set up the kindergarten is Rumiñahui, given the fact that the neighborhood counts with the basic services, security, human resources, mobility, materials and infrastructure necessary for the functioning of the project. The financial study proved that the project is feasible, given the fact that the investment will pay back within the planned period, once it produces the sufficient resources for its sustainability and running with the objective to provide for the children comprehensive education by means of teaching the English and Quechua languages, based on the advantage of children´s perceiving abilities at young ages.
