The present investigation is carried out as a vision of the Organic Law of Popular and Solidarity Economy, its importance and impact for the cooperatives of freight transport and taxis in Solanda’s parish. It has been applied since 2008 however many of these cooperatives unknown this law, which has not allowed them to access to the benefits that they can obtain in the short or medium term by contracts with the government, access to loans under favorable conditions, tax benefits; Tax exemption, such as income tax, etc.
The Popular and solidary Economy generates a special interest not only as an economic factor but also in people in general. There are many reasons such as the creative ability to distribute richness to its partners.
Solidarity and cooperation are factors that allow the benefit of community organizations and cooperatives, allowing market’s stability in front of big companies.
Undoubtedly if all the cooperatives of freight and taxis knew the benefits of this law it would help to improve their economic situation, creating a fair and solidary service that benefit all the people at Solanda’s parish.
The research has the definition of the conceptual and legal framework, it continues with a deep analysis through the field research applying a survey to the cooperative that has questions, which are presented by statistical tables for its later Analysis of the results. It will analyze the impact of the implementation of the Organic Law of Popular and solidary Economy and finally the most relevant conclusions in the present investigation. |
