The following project of feasibility was completed in the city of Quito during the time period between the years 2012 and 2013. A business opportunity was detected after the data was analyzed. It was determined that there was a market niche which allowed a company to be created which produced and commercialized certain products. The focus on furniture and decoration for children was identified.
It was decided that medium density pine wood planks known as MDF planks would be used. These kinds of planks are easy to cut and are friendly with the work tools.
Producing this type of product would permit the design of unique finishes to please the client base. A market survey will be needed to determine the quality and type of characteristics to reach our marketing goal. Further market analysis would be needed to understand the pricing structure in relationship to the principal competitors. Additionally, technical surveys were done to demonstrate the physical space required production design, and the peak production capacity of our company.
A financial survey showed the amount of economic sources required to perform the project. The data used included production fees, income generation, and compiled financial results. Other data points are required to make wise decisions in regards to this project moving forward.
After data analysis of complete data obtained from the survey, it can be concluded that the project is feasible. The seed investor could be interested to invest in this project. In conclusion, the data is compelling for the investor. |
