This paper details the design of a pilot project, which objective at
implementing an interoperability architecture based on IEC 60870-5-104 standard,
including SCADA systems hydroelectric Cumbaya and central control.
The project focuses mainly on the authorized each SCADA systems, communication
equipment, connection interfaces, etc., with the intention search for better alternative for the
incorporation of new functionalities, chord with the current technologies.
This paper is divided into four chapters:
- The first describes the principle of operation of hydroelectric plants, their general
and technical merits.
- The second describes the technical study of each of the stations, control center,
distribution network and communications network.
- The third describes the study, design and implementation of the project.
- The fourth on the validation of the project and operating costs and implementation.
As a result thereof, a system that allows real-time monitoring using graphical displays, a set
of data generated in each machine is obtained. Finally there will be conclusions and
recommendations for future projects. |
