Due to the fact of new government policies and social demands that demonstrates the requirements to take care of children with special educational needs in regular schools, inclusive education is proposed as one of the new challenges faced by teachers, , being them “key players” in any inclusive activity to students in their classrooms. The objective of this research is to accomplish the technique of Operative Groups of Pichon Rivière ́s to the teaching skills in Gabriela Mistral Public School in order to strengthen the volitional aspects of teachers in order to favor the care of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) by mobilizing action towards learning skills, the elimination of barriers in teaching and resolving internal and external conflicts that occur in the dynamics of teaching and learning. |
