With the market study could have direct contact with customers, learn more about their work and requirements to market and certainly this exercise was useful because it allowed us to establish innovative business strategies for quality service, starting to know and understand the business through the SWOT matrix, and then seek to segment the market according to the responsiveness of the company. Based on the above surveys were applied to the sample and valuable information related to the price obtained, quality, response times and additional requirements demanded service.
In the financial study of the project throw results in both investment issues, financing costs, operating costs, cash flow, and shows that the project has a level of liquidity and profitability grows progressively given to the circumstances of the claim and the target market which will allow us to expand in the future as a social enterprise level. |
