The development of the Quality Management System contains three chapters detailed below:
In the first chapter the doctrine, theory, ISO, legal base, being discussed this an important factor that allows to develop a management system based on processes, in which the effectiveness efficiency and quality of measured steps that organizations running currently in its internal and external processes.
The second chapter is identified, accredited to issue subsequent to this ISO certification bodies, analysis, companies that belong to the chemical sector in order to identify those companies with certification was made. Finally an initial report on the current situation of the company where the methodology used to obtain evidence in each of the processes identified in the entity is detailed. |
