Sumario: In this final thesis we focus in massive communication media which is so close with entertainment industry, with some exceptions like government channels with educational contents. As professionals we have to be responsible with contents inside de Tv programs, we have to obey enforcement communication laws, we have total responsibility with our opinion if this no show true information or make misunderstandings that can hurt morally any person. Rating in Ecuadorian Television is the principal economic resource that makes almost impossible have a real change in this industry. Publicity make their moves on demand of the rating that means higher rating more expensive otherwise turns in cheaper expenses.
