This project is based on providing a service to traders of instrumentation (manometers) within the Ecuadorian oil industrial field, by work experience it is known that the filling of manometers is done manually, where c ontainers are used for filling service, consequence of this procedure raw material waste is generated (glycerin), further filling larger amounts of manometers requires a prolonged period. The objective of the “DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A FEEDER FOR FI LLING IN BOURDON TYPE GLICERINA MANOMETERS” is optimize the time filling individual of manometers, as well as minimize waste of glycerin caused by manual filling within the enterprise and provide the company a method of savings through cost - benefit analysi s, this as an argument for the continued growth of the ecuadorian companies Industrial - oil sector. Additionally within the project a maintenance plan created by the authors for proper operation of the dispenser is disclosed. |
