This thesis work is a research prior to obtaining the Bachelor’s degree in social
Communication, whose main objective is to redesign a tool for Monitoring Center
Komunik@rte group company that enables the news coverage of the local reality,
nationally and internationally, leading the involvement and participation of social
and political actors.
Conducting a comprehensive redesign of the monitoring system that generates,
fosters information and analysis modules that help in the production of instrumental
support to facilitate and enable System: Registration and classification of facts and
events of institutional significance, assessing the favorability the news, editing and
publishing reports to date and what it means spreading interest to users, access and
retrieval of information, a source of information for prospective analysis information.
This work has the theoretical basis of the approach to communication policies in
Latin America, from new technology to help build tools that systematize information
from the mass media.
Part of an analysis of the political structures of communication and new
communication technology spaces and development in new technologies, as this
privileged technology that we have today has made information processes into tools
that make possible the schematic information is developed, clear and relevance to an
analysis at all levels.
In this sense the Komunik@rte group your Monitoring Center makes the proposal
which is aimed to redesign and implementation of a Monitoring System Media
prioritize and highlight news momentous events of local events (Quito), in the first
instance, and country (Ecuador), in addition.
The Komunik@rte group has done throughout his tireless work research on
government advertising monitoring, monitoring blotter on national television,
national television news synthesis of quantitative and qualitative reports, just to name
a few; bringing this research to media analysis and implementation of strategies and
decision making with clients. |
