Sumario: Elipol S.A. is a company dedicated to the marketing and distribution of petroleum products. It was founded in 2000. Currently, Elipol S.A. is facing the sale of one of the sales points that generates most of the revenues of this company. This thesis is based on the analysis of the financial statements in order to identify the current situation of the company according to the economy projection and in this way it will obtain a clean scenario in the sales incidences of the referred strategic point. For this purpose financial analysis was performed and also a series of surveys were performed in order to use the results as the basis for the proposal that is been made. This thesis was conducted in the form of combined research, including both documentary and field research. The method that was used for the compilation and analysis of the results was the analytical synthetic one and the level of investigation is the descriptive one with a quantitative approach, in addition the financial analysis is used as principal characteristic. As a result a proposal is presented which involves the relocation of the station followed by its automation of it, and finally at a final stage, the diversification of services through strategic alliances that allows to provide a greater customer satisfaction, and allowing company to maintain profitability in its financial statements.
