This paper designs a model of Educational Quality Management Hansei International Christian Academy.
In an effort to improve educational quality and services offered by the institution arises the idea of implementing a quality model that enables it to ensure the quality of educational services offered.
Between February and May 2008 several models of quality to June of the same year the quality system model was formulated were studied. This model comprises four main elements: quality policy, quality Organisation, Personal Excellence and Quality Assurance. Each element considered key concepts considered for the success of the system of educational quality.
The main strategy has been applied to faculty, waiting in response a change of attitude at first instance before the students and then meet the new institutional paradigms.
Educational Leadership, Quality in the Classroom Teaching Quality Techniques and Methods of Evaluation and Teacher Training: to train teachers in the new educational paradigms, the seminar includes topics is issued.
The improvement team is formed in the administrative area and are trained to handle the concept of teamwork.
In order to incorporate continuous improvement in all academic and administrative processes are ISO 9001 recommended as the next step 200, internationally proven methodology. |
