The plan of integral improvement of the processes of the Company Prosegprim Cía Ltda, it has as purpose improve the processes so much administrative, operative and financial of the services that the organization gives in security and private safety.
The company has claer goals and the reason for being, but they have not been established in any document, it is because of it that is going to carry out a restructuring inside the manual of procedures basing on the aims, policies, procedure and rules of the company, to manage to establish the mission and vision longed. To realize the management of improvement it is necessary to evaluate the functions and responsibilities of each one of the charges to define the daily activities and reduce the waste of time.
We developed a close study of the current situation of the company, bearing in mind internal factors for which a survey was applied; the same one aimed determine the level of communication, control and development of activities inside the company. |
