Memory is the intimate connection between reality and the dream world. Memories are the vast experience that we live in the past, our present and building naturally embedded in the inexorability of time, project us into the future. Ungovernable. Indomitable.
This research is part of that desire to build collective memory, from the analysis of a particular case that arises in Ecuador 80's. Pancho Jaime and exercise of the right communication in difficult times, that is, when communication as a fundamental human right, is alibi and repressed, and exercise freely the communication process is difficult. Then come ways to gestate collective dialogue to reflect on the authoritarian practices of power, even from underground. Alternative Communication appears then, an ideological conflict line is generated as the communicative task grows in size, the press is the tool used by Pancho Jaime to institute an ongoing conversation with the popular community. |
