The present work has as objective to carry out the automation of a team for
sterilization, by means of a system SCADA for its control and monitoreo. This team
is one it schemes autonomous denominated Autoclave Colussi, the same one that
works under the principle of the obtaining of vapor of water desmineralizada through
electric resistances.
This machine didn't possess a control of temperature, and in front of the
technological advances it was preferred to relegate it, to the margin of changing it for
a new team. Since according to the demands of the market to the one that face all the
pharmaceutical companies in the equator, are forced to look for alternative of
solution to obtain products of quality at smaller cost.
The development of this work is sustained in the economic and technological
comparison of the different solution alternatives for the automation. That is to say
comparing the costs of acquisition for a new machinery and on the other hand the
costs to develop a process of control restructuring in it schemes it, at level of
automatic operation.
This project was carried out it using the original structure of the autoclave, that is to
say without carrying out any mechanical modification in the team, the same one that
used a logic implemented with two PLCs of an old series, electromechanical relés
and level controls, the same ones that were replaced by a PLC that now it is the
central device of the team and it is the one in charge of the total control of the
sterilization process. |
