The present work brings to the general knowledge and specially to the inhabitants of Logroño Canton, of a system for sale of environmental service (PSA), in order to improve the living conditions of rural populations. Using direct checking and survey, it could be determined that it is possible the implementation of PSA system. It is also important to, mention that local people will never lose their lands property due to PSA. In the other way, they will take advantage of their land creating many resources both, at present and in the future. |
