In this thesis work is analyzed the feasibility for the integration of electric vehicles to the electrical distribution system, according to the different types of recharges; taking into account the different schedules of electrical demand in the country. These vehicles have the ability to consume and store energy when appropriate, supporting the electrical system. Therefore, it is necessary to analyse how it will affect the arrival of the VE to electrical grids, how they must interact with them and that new elements will be necessary. Researched strategy is to use the off-peak hours to get effective charging no direct harm to the environment, this has been considered to analyze a part of Quito distribution network, this is the case of the primary belonging to the substation Cumbaya 29A. Previous to the analysis of the incorporation of electric vehicles to the electrical
distribution network; was determined that the hours of use of the induction cookers will
not affect recharge them. Using DigSilent Power Factory, the network was modeled to
be used, was also made the analysis of the harmonics that are produced by the charging
of electric vehicles, finding problems in the 3rd harmonic, as it is the case of non-linear
loads.
This research paper focuses on the search for a new alternative to improve the current
mobility of the Ecuador; and contribute to the quality of life of its citizens |
