Sumario: This research aims to show the possibilities of Primal Dance as a methodological proposal and tool which can contribute to the decolonization of the body and of the being, allowing weave a different storyline of otherness through a reconstruction and spiritual and sensitive reflection, deeply experiential, on lived personally experience (or on certain aspects of it), which is interpreted by what happened, to understand it. It is proposed a methodology allowing recreate the encounter with oneself and the other through the primal dance: music and archetypal movements that have been present in all cultures and have enabled to build understanding between human beings and therefore are the essential condition for the development of otherness.
