The project refers to the creation of a company dedicated to the manufacturing and
commercialization of French style frozen potatoes with a process of vacuum packed,
located in Quito city.
The product commercialization will be in hotels and restaurants of the city because
this sector shows a growth of approximately 12% annually, with a large unmet
demand, which is expected to capture at least 6%, using the 50% of production
capacity and generating revenue to cover costs and expenses in the normal course of
business. |
