The financial feasibility study for the creation of Hostería "El Refugio" in
Crucita Canton, was performed in order to determine the feasibility of
build this project.
We initially conducted an investigation of the chosen location, to locate the
project that will be in Canton Crucita, Manabi in the coastal region, is
established an inventory of the main tourist attractions and sports to make,
features, wildlife, culture, history, climate, temperature, soil and
opportunities for the sector.
Also prepared a detailed analysis of the aspects of the company, the service,
supplemented by the analysis of micro and macro environment. |
