Sumario: This investigation allows people to have a clear view about flower industry, and how this sector has evolved not only within the economical, but also within the social aspect. In order to develop the present research work, it was necessary to work with exporter enterprises from Pichincha – Ecuador. Those companies manage similar data that allow designing management indicators in order to measure efficiency, efficacy inexpensiveness from the process on study. Management, strategies, objectives, targets and resource are some aspects that are analyzed. Those aspects are useful because they give people information used for measuring if a company could accomplish and maintain results trough years. For the design and implementation of indicators is important to understand the processes by which the flower’s exports companies conduct their activities in order to identify areas or fields most vulnerable and provide the business tools by which it is fixed, maintained, or improve process execution. The development of indicators is carried out through information gathered through interviews with those responsible for the production and financial area of different exporting companies, who handle the data most relevant to development work has also conducted field visits to farms located in the Cayambe and Quito canton, in order to identify the processes and the quality of the product obtained through these.
